AlkaMelt is sold with a 60-day, 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee from your purchase date, described by the brand as no-questions-asked.
Contact AlkaMelt's official customer support directly — not this website — with your order number, within the 60-day window from your purchase date. We were not able to independently test the refund process ourselves, so confirm current steps directly with support.
Calendar your deadline the day your order arrives. This is the single most practical thing you can do to protect your guarantee.
